Ragù, as it is correctly called in Italy, comes in many varieties. Can't decide yet? Then we have a tasting package for you. You can try them all and decide which one is your favorite.

As we want to introduce you to our product range, there is also a gift included.

1x Originale – Ragu alla Bolognese, classic with beef and pancetta.

1x Salsiccia – The Southern Italian classic (pork), a bit spicier.

1x Wagyu Nero - Our absolute gourmet product, extra seared and particularly intense.

1x Il Romagnolo – The original Bolognese in a luxurious version. Extra tender with veal and particularly well-rounded thanks to the cream.

1x Il Toscana – The classic from Tuscany made from wild boar. Slowly simmered with selected spices.

+ Gift 1x Pappardelle all' Uovo: Traditionally, in Bologna, Ragù (as Bolognese is called in Italy) is eaten with egg pasta. In our case, they are a little wider than tagliatelle and come from the epicenter for egg noodles in Italy (Campofilone) from a small manufacturer with its own mill. Adds just the right spice to your kitchen. Exquisite chili with small, sharp kernels meets coarsely crushed pepper – as if fresh from the mill.

Storage and use instructions: The product can be stored without refrigeration at room temperature. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.

For Bolognese

Heat the Bolognese in a pan and add the pasta - still very al dente - together with a little pasta water. Let both simmer for 1 - 2 minutes and toss well. Enjoy your meal.

Don't always want pasta? There are many other options. In northern Italy, for example, polenta with bolongese and some vegetables is quite common and a real soul food.

Want something without "starch"? Stuffed courgettes and eggplants baked in the oven with a little cheese are no mistake.

For pasta

Cook the pasta in your largest pot with 10g salt per liter. The water must be boiling when you add the pasta. About 1 - 2 minutes before the pasta is ready for you, take it out and mix it directly with the sauce. (Do not quench!)

With tomatoes

The tomatoes are unseasoned and are suitable for any preparation of cooked tomatoes.

Our tomatoes have so much flavor that they are delicious when lightly cooked for about ½ hour with a little fleur de sel and good olive oil.
