Description
From our tomato producer, we have our favorite variety for when you want a quick pasta al pomodoro.
Pomodorini simply means small tomatoes and is usually known to us as cherry tomatoes. "Di Collina" means "on the hill", and these tomatoes grow at the foot of Vesuvius on the best volcanic terroir. This makes these little friends particularly sweet and delicious.
Just quickly sautéed in a pan with some garlic, good olive oil and fresh basil... That would be one of many options.
